NOTE: This notice was updated on 27 November 2018 for the following reason: NOTICE OF NON-AWARD: Following tender evaluation, the LLDC has decided to not award the contract for the 3 Mills Fire Stopping Works project\.\(The Project aims to provide fully compliant fire stopping to 3 Mills Studios in order to meet fire regulations\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
