Street sweepings collection, treatment and disposal

. The Council is seeking to make long term contractual arrangements such that Contract Waste delivered by the Council is transported and treated at Waste Treatment Facilities by the Contractor. The objectives of the tender exercise are therefore to provide a service for treating street cleansing waste collected by the Council's street sweeping and gully emptying operations across the Borough.
