Work description
Kirklees Council has a requirement to engage an Electrical Contractor to undertake works including lighting swaps and full rewires to communal areas (i.e. corridors and external building works) in leaseholder-owned domestic properties sitting within blocks of flats owned and managed by Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing.
