LPS - Lancashire Refugee Wellbeing Service - RFQ 15241660

Lancashire County Council intends to commission a Refugee Wellbeing Service to improve the emotional wellbeing of refugees, which will be available to all refugees who live in the following Local Authority areas in Lancashire.
