Work description
The OPH team required a supplier who could help in implementing a number of activities to expand the current OPH capacity and to automate future request compute and storage fulfilment (with the objective of removing the need for future contracts of this nature past this financial year by providing the DWP with 'catalogue' based service provision). The three key categories of outcomes from this supplier engagement are: 1. Storage and back up design and request delivery 2. Midrange design and request delivery (UNIX) 3. Requests for technical delivery management
