To undertake Appraisal support of business case, appraisal and gateway reports of 1 - Separate Conflated SOC/OBC & FBC Application, and to provide a rate to undertake any subsequent additional works relating to applications to the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Single Investment Fund & Provide detailed reports as required in line with guidance notes issued.
