## Description

Provision of a Cycle to Work scheme\. Staff are able to choose a bike from the Halfords Website \(links from our website\)\. They then enter into a hire agreement for salary sacrifice with Halfords and the university \(that is approved by the rewards team\)\. Bikes can be up to a value of £3,000 and terms are typically 12-18 months\.
