## Description

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council \(\\"the Council\\"\) wishes to contract with a Consultant / Organisation \(\\"the Supplier\\"\), to undertake a feasibility study to explore the potential for developing a 3000 to 4000 seat multi-purpose entertainment venue located within the borough\. This has been identified as a key objective for the council\. The Council is therefore inviting experienced entertainment venue consultants, with a proven track record of working with organisations to deliver large-scale venues, to submit tenders based on their interest in undertaking such a feasibility study based on this objective \(\\"the Contract\\"\)\.
