The Programme is the provision of gas & electric quality assurance audits for Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council, where two separate Lots have been made under two separate framework call-off agreements for each council\. The activities included within its scope include but are not limited to: - On-site technical quality audits\. - Desktop certificate and documentation audits\. - Investigatory reports\. - Management Policies, Management Plans, and Procedure reviews\. - Data management\. - Operational and strategic review\. - Technical advice\. - Training\.
