The LB of Hackney is seeking to procure a ‘Healthy Lifestyles’ Service

Hackney Council intends to commission Healthy Lifestyles Service that will provide an integrated service including Tier 2 Weight Management and Physical Activity on Referral supported by a Single Point of Access. The contract term for this service will be a maximum of four years from July 2016.
