16/20 Framework Agreement for Consultant Conservation Architect Services

Tamworth Borough Council has recognised the need to ensure ongoing building maintenance of the Castle is conducted on a regular and sustained basis alongside, but separate to, other ad hoc project work. The Council requires a Framework Agreement with a single Contractor who will be appropriately skilled and knowledgeable in the field of conservation work and will administer phased programmes of repairs, improvements and conservation for the Castle. Duties will be wide-ranging and will include, but not necessarily be limited to, briefings, appraisals, inspections and proposals relating to the Castle.
