Fire Door Inspections

West Kent Housing Association are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to undertake fire door inspections. This is to ensure the client has fulfilled their legal and ethical obligations in line with all current legislation changes as a Landlord. The scope of works for the fire door inspections includes flat entrance doors, main entrance doors to communal blocks and communal doors including service risers, storage cupboards, access doors, lobby doors.
