Masters House Sheerness - Low Carbon Refurbishment PSSC045 / A730

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for Masters House Low Carbon Refurbishment

The contract will involve refurbishment works comprising a new air source heating system, LED lighting, new window installations, loft and internal wall insulations and roof repairs. It also involves internal alterations and fitting out to create a business and social hub for use by the local community.

The contract commencement date is 5th July 2021 and is to be complete by 31st January 2022. However, the council will consider bids from tenderers that offer an alternative contract period provided that a realistic programme of work is submitted as part of the tender. The tenderer/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.

Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal. Further addendums will be added to the portal during the tender period as design information becomes available and contractors are advised to review the tender documents and emails frequently for these updates. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the ITT is 24th May 2021 at 09:00hrs.
