## Description

Medway Council \(The Authority\) is conducting the procurement for a cleaning framework agreement\. The documents published are the pre-qualification and the Invitation to tender in conjunction with Document 5 specification - \(standard school cleaning and enhanced \(special schools\)\) and framework agreement contracts which are applicable to the entire procedure\. The proposed Framework Agreement Contract will have a length of 4 years \(48 Months\) unless otherwise terminated in line with the conditions of contract\. The contract term will run from a proposed start date of 01st August 2023 until 31st July 2027\.
