Yarmouth Primary School PSBP (Main Works) Single Procurement but a two stage tender - this is stage two (Main Works). The Main Works tender was procured through the DFE Construction Framework. The Main Works Tender was invited on a lump sum firm price basis under the same standard DFE Framework arrangements for the main contract referencing the standard DFE form of the JCT 2016 Design & Build (D&B) Building Contract. This project comprises of the design and construction of a new 1FE Primary School which will be built on the former All Saints Primary School site including its demolition
