## Description

Yarmouth Primary School PSBP \(Main Works\) Single Procurement but a two stage tender - this is stage two \(Main Works\)\. The Main Works tender was procured through the DFE Construction Framework\. The Main Works Tender was invited on a lump sum firm price basis under the same standard DFE Framework arrangements for the main contract referencing the standard DFE form of the JCT 2016 Design & Build \(D&B\) Building Contract\. This project comprises of the design and construction of a new 1FE Primary School which will be built on the former All Saints Primary School site including its demolition
