## Description

This document is the Contract Preliminaries and Technical Specification for the refurbishment of two lifts in Rockingham Wing, Kettering General Hospital \(KGH\)\. The tender documentation defines works to the two lifts, however due to budget restrictions each lift will be instructed separately\. For this reason fixed costs to April 2017 and April 2018 have been requested\.
