To carry out comprehensive works on Communal Gas Fired Boiler Systems and District Heating Systems in respect to:

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Repairs, Capital Refurbishment Works, Upgrade Works, Safety and Insurance Inspections of Communal Gas Fired Boiler Systems, Flueing and Ventilation (Extract and Intake), Stored Hot Water Calorifiers or Cylinders, Circulated Heating Water and Domestic Hot Water Systems, Heat Emitters ? Radiators, Pipework constructed from either Copper, Steal or Thermoplastic with soldered, threaded, or welded joints, threaded union connections, Valving, Insulation, Pumps, Pressurisation Units and Expansion Vessels, their Associated Electrical Service and Mechanical and Electronic Control Equipment including Building Management Systems: Building included: 1. Eighteen Sheltered Schemes 2. Three Blocks of Flats in One Estate 3. Nine Community Centres 4. Three Nurseries 5. One Industrial Kitchen
