The Intensive Intervention Service will provide effective intervention to meet the complex and diverse needs of children and families to improve outcomes and negate the need for statutory intervention.The Service is to be specifically targeted at families requiring support at levels 3 and 4 of the Sunderland Safeguarding Children Board's Thresholds of Need.
