Work description
Tamworth Borough Council has a embarked on a project to undertake regeneration works in the Tinkers Green area of Tamworth. To enable this regeneration the Council needs to demolish a number of properties on the estate. This contract relates to the demolition of 52 flats and 4 shops in 5 blocks across the Tinkers Green Estate.
