Description
***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded as a direct award under the FUTURES FRAMEWORK REFERENCE NUMBER: PS22410 Brief Description of Requirement The Government Office for Science (GO-Science) plays a key role in supporting HMG's strategic foresight around S&T, through horizon scanning, technology assessments, and foresight projects. To do this effectively, GO-Science requires evidence-based, expert-backed insight into the potential future developments of potentially disruptive technologies - looking further ahead into the future to inform our internal work programmes. This need includes not only technologies with a high likelihood of having some impact on the future, but also 'low-likelihood, high-impact' technologies that have a small chance of fundamentally altering our society.
