## Description

Wakefield Council is seeking to appoint suitable vendors to sell ice cream and / or refreshments at designated Park sites for the period 17th May 2024 to 16th May 2025, with the option to extend for a further one 12-month period\. The maximum length of the Licence to Occupy could therefore be two years up to and including 16th May 2026\.  Tenderers will provide an annual cost for the Licence to Occupy a site and the contract will be awarded for each site to the tenderer whose proposal represents the highest bid\.
