GB-London: Evaluation of sector-led improvement 2020

The Improvement and Development Agency would like to commission an independent evaluation of sector-led improvement (SLI). SLI is the approach to improvement put in place by local authorities and the Local Government Association (LGA) alongside the abolition of the previous national performance framework. The evaluation should make an assessment of the impact of SLI using evaluation evidence that the LGA collects. A small amount of primary fieldwork is required to supplement the existing evidence in the form of 'SLI stories'.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
