## Description

Framework Agreement for Civil Engineering Construction Support Works across Manchester\. The principle contractor for the Works will be Highways Maintenance Service \(Manchester City's own in-house Highways maintenance and construction service\) and this Framework will be utilised to supplement our MCC's resources, as and when required, subject to the needs of highways varied pipeline of works\.
