## Description

Virgin Media Business supply our 999 and 101 infrastructure and contact centre and currently support with life and limb contract for the openscape telephony and contact centre\. This system takes 999 and all public contact in CMD and Crime Bureau, RSU\. This purchase is a Software Upgrade of contact centre and move to windows server 2019 \(Industry led decision\)
