## Description

The ETS Professional Development Contract provides a PGCE and Master's qualification to all officers joining the AGC\(ETS\) so that they are Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person \(SQEP\) to fulfil their roles as the Army's Learning and Development \(L&D\) specialists\. The supplier will be expected to develop and deliver a blended programme leading to the award of a PGCE, develop and deliver a blended programme which builds on the PGCE and leads to the award of a Master's degree\.
