The Council is conducting market research to inform its procurement strategy for the supply and distribution of cleaning chemicals and materials to approximately 140 end-user units in the Oldham region, of which approximately 75 are schools\. Any organisation interested in engaging with the Council for the purpose of this research is invited to complete a questionnaire about their operation and offering\. The questionnaire must be obtained from and returned via the Council's e-tendering platform https://procontract\.due-north\.com The deadline for the return of questionnaires is Friday 22nd November 2019\.
