Work description
Surface Dressing Binder South Gloucestershire Council intends to appoint organisations to work in partnership with it to deliver highways and other civil engineering services in support if its Street Care section. This contract is for the supply and application of surface dressing binder. The Council executes the surface dressing operation through the use of its own in-house workforce.
