## Description

Hartlepool Borough Council would like to invite tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations with the capacity to deliver a specialist toy loan service for families of children with disabilities and additional needs living in the Hartlepool area\. This service will contribute to the 'Breaks for Carers of Disabled Children' Regulations \(2011\) and The 'Local Offer of Services' as detailed in Chapter 4 of the 'Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice 0 - 25 Years' \(Statutory Guidance\)\. The service will also contribute to the outcomes specified in the 2008 'Children and Young Persons Act' \(s25\), which details the statutory duty of local authorities to assist individuals who care for disabled children to continue to do so as effectively as possible Additional information: Instructions to Suppliers: Organisations wishing to register an interest and download the tender documentation, should apply via the NEPO Portal only\. www\.qtegov\.com All completed documentation must be returned via the NEPO Portal Only and by no later than NOON on Friday 12th February 2016
