Hinkler Road Access Works

SCC have a requirement at Hinkler Road, for the construction of an access road. Please see technical documents within the tender for full details. This project is being partially funded by private residence. With this added funding complexity we require all bids to be valid & honoured for 6 months from the date of the bid.

Additional information: Applicants will be required to apply via "Supply Southampton" website which can be accessed via, https://supplysouthampton.esourcingportal.com/ where you can register your details and access documentation. All documentation including questionnaires must be completed and submitted by no later than the time/date indicated. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The Council will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
