## Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide clerk of works, employer agent services and technical project management to assist with the replacement of the roof at 140 Cambridge Science Park, CB4 0GF\. In addition to the roof replacement to assist the Council with its environmental objectives, the Council would also like to install a PV array on the roof as part of these works\. Together the Council considers this to be described as a Re-roofing Project\. It is expected that the physical works will start March/April 2025\.
