CAA is holding a Market Engagement (9.02.2016 and 12.02.2016) to establish what, if any, specific interest there is from the market in delivering a Charter Air Broker service to support CAA in planning and sourcing of third party aircraft and managing repatriation flights in the event of an ATOL holder failure
