Treatment Sessions Hull 1200 East Riding of Yorkshire 580

• We are seeking a mix of virtual and face to face interventions and the supplier will be responsible for sourcing and securing suitable venues. Ideally, we are looking for clinics to be provided in Hull, Bridlington and Goole

We are seeking expressions of interest from suppliers interested in delivering the service. Please notify mturner10@nhs.net by31st October 2024 of your interest and include a brief update on the following:

• Experience in delivering similar services • Proposed staffing model (staff numbers and skill mix) • Price estimate (indicative only and note that the contract will be paid on a block basis) • Any feedback on the service specification
