## Description

Highways England is procuring technical services to support the continued development of the Expressway concept, aligning the concept with the objectives stated within the Road Investment Strategy \(2015-2020\) and our ambition for the next RIS set out in our Strategic Road Network Initial Report\. It is programmed for completion by 31 March 2020\.
