Pastoral App development

Description

This notice is to inform the market that NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board have awarded a contract to Schappit to develop a Pastoral Application. This service was previously commissioned by NHS England who want to support the national roll out of this application. The service was not put out to procurement as the value of the services falls underneath the thresholds required for formal advertisement against the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended 2020 (EU Exit) etc.). In addition, the use of the supplier was required by NHS England due to the need to utilise their intellectual property in order to successfully expand the roll out nationally.
