## Description

The Authority is conducting the procurement using an open procedure for the purpose of procuring the Works described in the Specification \(Appendix 2\)\. The Authority intend to award a Contract to a Contractor to provide a multi-purpose all-weather pitch at Pendle View Primary School, Gibfield Road, Colne BB9 8JT\. The works include the installation of Payrite Tornament MF synthetic sports grass by a competent and qualified installer and in accordance with British Standards EN15330 as well as manufacturer instructions\.
