Description

Folkestone & Hythe District Council wishes to appoint a suitable contractor for the for Cat A Fit Out Works, requiring a programme of CAT A works to provide the space ready for prospective Tenant handover and occupation.\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r Included in the specification are works to supply and install a comprehensive and fully operational comfort cooling/heating and ventilation system, suspended ceiling grid with tiles, electrical installation including 3 Phase supply with distribution boards and meters for local power and lighting. The supply and installation of flush fitting LED lighting units throughout the floor with emergency lighting and the supply and install of fire alarm sounders, detector heads and associated caballing. \\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r The entirety of the works are required to be completed by Friday 23rd June 2023.
