GB-London: 101886 Review of the Information Commissioners Office and it's structures

The Data Protection Act 2018 changed the role, responsibilities and powers of the ICO, which the ICO has been implementing over the last two years. Under this Act, DCMS remains the sponsoring department of the ICO. As part of fulfilling its sponsorship role, DCMS wants to take stock of how the ICO is operating within its relatively new legislative regime.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
