Local Area Energy Plan LAEP for Lancaster City Council

The council requires a LAEP that sets out the activities needed to decarbonise the district and takes into account the councils key objective to be net carbon zero by 2030, across the whole district. Consideration is needed to determine what can be achieved, by when and will specify the increase in capacity, types of upgrades and costs, to make the needed electrical grid infrastructure upgrades. This includes the requirement of a detailed outline of investments, projects, and actions to support delivery.
