2116 Brackenhurst Hall Roof Package

The Scope of the works is the Complete reroofing of the Original Main Hall Building, including reuse and replacement of the west moorland slate and new lead work. It is also to incorporate the recovering and repair to the Bell Tower and provision and installation of new Dorma windows. We would be looking for a start on site as soon as possible. Realistically the earliest (allowing for tender period) 1st November 2021 and a completion within 30 weeks.
