YHN-P1412-The Appointment Of A Company To Design And Develop A Tenants Satisfaction Survey To All Tenants Within The Byker Community Trust

The appointment of an experienced and qualified company to conduct our tenant satisfaction survey for BCT tenants which will be loosely based on HouseMark's STAR methodology. The successful provider will be required to develop the questionnaire, which would be modelled largely on a previous STAR, conducted in 2014. We require the company to collect and input the data, and carry out the analysis and provide a final report for BCT's management team.
