## Description

HIF grant to facilitate the delivery of 300 new homes in Southmead\. This will require the relocation of the existing Southmead Health Centre to new-build premises at Glencoyne Square being developed by the Southmead Development Trust, thus enabling the existing site to be redeveloped for housing\.
