## Description

The Council is seeking to award a Concession Contract to allow for the design, implementation, and operation of a high capacity innovative commercial wireless network which will deliver open space public Wi-Fi coverage within the borough as well as enhance through Small Cell technology 4G and future 5G coverage within the borough through access to specified assets belonging to the Council\.
