CO0864 - Provision of NEC Supervisor and Clerk of Works Services for both Melksham Campus and Sadlers Mead Car Park, Chippenham

Wiltshire Council has a requirement for the appointment of a professional Clerk of Works to undertake Building, Mechanical and Electrical NEC Supervisor and Clerk of Works services for both the Melksham Campus project and Chippenham Sadlers Mead multi-storey car park project. The Council intends to appoint a single contractor to deliver these services following the successful conclusion of a competitive tendering activity.
