All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. BEIS seeks to commission a single process and impact evaluation of the Domestic Demand Side Response (DDSR) Competition and Non-Domestic Demand Side Response Competition (NDDSR). The interim evaluation will run alongside the end of the delivery of most projects (with most projects closing between September 2021 - March 2022) as well beyond the date of completion (where projects have already closed). The ex-post evaluation will run after all programmes have closed.
