Kidderminster Town Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to re-surface the Baxter Garden car park Kidderminster. The procurement exercise is being conducted by Wyre Forest District Council on behalf of Kidderminster Town Council using e-procurement portal, ProContract Due-North.
