Provision of the ICM and ISM IT Support Service

Medway Council ('The Authority') invites quotations (Document 3) for the provision of ICM and ISM IT Support Services as detailed in the Specification of Requirement (Document 2) and in accordance with these instructions (Document 1) and the Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract.

This is a request to provide IT support to the Innovation Centre Medway (ICM) and the Innovation Studio Medway (ISM). This is a 4-year contract commencing on the 1st of December 2023 and expiring on 30th of November 2027. The ICM has a data centre on each of the 3 floors now servicing around 56 offices of various sizes. The ground floor being the primary data centre acting in a master and slave relationship with the 2nd floor. ISM has its own small data centre for the 15 offices housed on site.
