## Description

Cornwall Council has a requirement for the software to replace its current QLAS system from April 1st 2016 and wishes to award a 5 year contract with the ability for three extensions each of one year\. The new system will be cloud based, fully hosted by the provider and have the ability to record details of: ? Incidents ? Claims, Classified by Policy Type and by Company ? Ability for Documents & Images to be uploaded and associated to the Claim / Incident ? Actions ? Financial Reporting including triangulation reporting and actuarial reporting\. ? Recoveries ? Resultant Actions \(Investigation, Change of Process etc\.\) ? Vehicle Information ? 3rd Party Information ? Insurer and Legal References ? System will maintain an Audit log \(date/time, user details and updates\) ? System will have the ability to incorporate recharges across council services and companies ?
