The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the provision of minor maintenance works and Painting services for projects up to the value of £25,000\. Six suppliers shall be appointed a place on the University Framework, which shall run for up to 4 years, subject to satisfactory performance and annual review\. This shall cover Painting of all types within the University, ranging from a single room to several residential blocks\.
