Flooring Works

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to establish a new framework for flooring works within domestic and commercial properties. Due to the potential wide range of projects eligible to use the framework and differing requirements of our members, the Framework will be split into the following Lots: — Lot 1 Supply and fitting of Carpets and Laminate Flooring; — Lot 2 Supply and fitting of Vinyl Sheet and Wet Room Flooring; The extent of the works required will range from individual domestic properties to New Build developments and large scale commercial refurbishments.

The tender will also be split geographically to ensure coverage across our membership a full description of the Lotting strategy will be available in the contract notice and tender documents.
